Meet Our Founder

A highly sought after fitness coach and personal trainer, Beth Brake is the founder and president of All About You Fitness.

Having personally trained and coached a diverse group of men and women, from all age groups, Beth understands the many facets that go into customizing a fitness and health program for each person. She is one of those rare fitness trainers who clearly recognizes the work done with clients is not about her, it's about the client.

Nobody understands better than Beth that no two people have the same body, and no two people respond to exactly the same fitness program.

Her extensive training, vast experience and the professional certifications she has earned as a top fitness trainer and coach is evidenced in the customized coaching packages she has created for clients. Based on self accountability, balance, self acceptance, and the realization that people are forever growing and changing, Beth has been able to bring a very natural and balanced view to her client's lives and exercise knowledge.

Prior to forming All About You Fitness, Beth worked in a variety of fields including real estate, insurance, and travel before she realized her natural calling in life as a personal fitness trainer and fitness coach. Having already achieved a degree in psychology in her 20's, Beth returned to college in her mid-30's to expand her knowledge on health and fitness, studying physiology, kinesiology, and other vital health related issues. She received her Personal Trainer certification from The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in 1999. She is also a member of IDEA, the world's leading organization of health and fitness professionals . Her other specialties include being a Certified Yoga Instructor, and senior fitness consultant, and pre-natal trainer.

In addition to the coaching and personal training work she does with clients, Beth is also the publisher of the popular All About You Fitness Monitor, a monthly online publication offering the latest health and fitness tips, along with being the author of Menopause: 10 Ways To Fight The Aggressor With Exercise , an in-depth guide for women dealing with menopause.
